A Casual Summer Weekend In New York City

It's been two very hot weeks in New York City. The July heat and humidity have arrived and fallen upon the city. And with the heat in the city, New Yorkers are now feeling a strong need to find any shade in the city - preferably with a nice view - to hide from the sun and/or on the contrary, go to the beach and be closer to the sun. 




Either way, New Yorkers have been spending quite some time laying in the shades of the city parks and river-fronts and wearing as little as possible and covering yourselves with all kinds of hats - [the fedoras seem to dominate the head-wear in New York, though... ] Nevertheless, no matter how hot it is in the city, it does not stop - in now way! - for the residents to enjoy the city. In the city like New York, there's just too much of the allure and vibe in the air that even the heat - and/or the cold - cannot stop us from enjoying it to the fullest...
