Talk about un-af-FORD-able! 



Tom Ford's $3,000 eyeglasses. Personally, I dig a good pair of glasses - [and I'm picky too] - but it's rather a luxury to spend so much on a pair of the glasses, especially when the sight is still changing. Like it is with me, for example...

A little bird tells me, though, that they are made of "the finest quality gold-plated metal and buffalo horn."

I've spotted this girl in Soho. I couldn't help myself but noticing the way she put so many different patters and color blocks on one outfit and it all came together in harmony... I always thought that this look not for everyone. I wish I could do it, but with her - it looks amazingly great...

For Germans the  Spargelzeit , or the white asparagus season, is an eagerly anticipated sign of spring. Depending on the weather, the season for asparagus begins some time in April and lasts until St. John the Baptist’s feast day June 24, and during this time the country is gripped by ‘Asparagus Fever’. From seasonal asparagus dishes to the white asparagus queen award - there's quite a bit of the history that goes back as far as the Greek and Romans... "Asparagus Gratine" seasonal dish at the Knochenhauer restaurant in Hildesheim, Lower Saxony: served with the potato pancake, ham and Hollandaise sauce. Having spent quite some time in Germany during the pick of the season, I've learned a lot about the history and tradition of the white asparagus season.
