The other day I not only witnessed them shoot in Soho, but also saw Judd Apatow in person, whose films I love, love, love...

Fashion Weeks in New York City is the time, when the city changes... It becomes more fashionable. It becomes more aware of what's hot and what's not. It becomes more busy. It becomes celebrity-packed. It becomes competitive, when it comes to getting into the hottest restaurants of the city: everyone wants to be there... But, when it comes to me, I love the moments of the fashion weeks that really stand out: like the strangest invitations the designers sent to the press and celebrities, the strangest looks on the runaway, the awkward moments in the crowd of attendees, the interior design of the shows that no one has done before, and...the outfits on and off the runaway. That's my favorite. I devour in it.  So, here are a few things that I found...not ordinary during the New York fashion week 2013:

The South of France is a truly magic place, especially the towns of Province and French Riviera like  Cannes , St. Tropez, Antibes, and Nice. One can even count Monaco as 'part' of the south of France, because it's only half an hour away from Nice by car and requires no 'hassle' to enter. But while some of the towns in the Southern France are not as wide known, almost everyone, if not knows, then at least has heard about the town of Cannes. Most of this 'fame' is thanks to the  Cannes Film Festival , which has been taking place each month of May for sixty-six years. This year, from May 15th to 26th Cannes has become once again THE spring destination for both film fans, filmmakers and film stars...

I never ever used any cellulite treatments, so I don't even know what's out there to address the cellulite 'problem' except for hearing that there are some kind of magic spandex 'body suits' for various parts of the body, which women wear under their dresses to look slimmer and cellulite-free. However, I have never seen them up close and personal, or worn them for that matter. I don't even know if any of the lady friends I have wear them. I just know I don't wear them. But according to this ad by Vichy, which, by the way, is great: women are very concerned about their cellulites: And to tell you the truth - with a great assurance - men are less likely to notice it [cellulite] on the women they like than the women would on themselves. I doubt that men even have the world 'cellulite' in their conversational vocabulary. Have ever you ever heard a guy talking to a guy about the cellulite: "Hey, listen, I was looking at my thigh cellulite ...

Every once in a while, you've got to enjoy a night out in NYC from the perspective of your own photo-lens. I remember one line from the cult show "The Sex and The City", which not only makes a great sense for the NYC ladies, but that pretty much explains the 'relationship' the New Yorkers have with the city. It's when Carrie Bradshaw says that she has "a love affair with NYC and it's getting serious"... Isn't it serious for you as well? In the recent New York Magazine article, this 'affair' with the city is deeply explored: from the real experience of growing up in the city (told by the famous people) to what makes the city so 'hated' and 'loved' at the same time.

The Oscar's Academy Award might be over on ABC, but it's no anywhere near to be over in the press and bar conversations - the E! Entertainment TV channel has been on the red carpet review and rewinds of the acceptance speeches with the behind-the-scene looks all morning today. A few more days, and the US Weekly, Life & Style, People, In Touch and many other celebrity gossip magazines will hit the stands with their take on the Oscar's. Let's just say the word "red carpet", "Oscar's" and "Jennifer Lawrence" fall on the stairs  and Ben Affleck's passionate acceptance speech will be on the mouths of many movie fans and movie critics in the next few weeks.
