Talking about the nail polish. It's either very right or very wrong, with nothing in between, because no one wants to wear a mediocre polish. Every season - as with anything - a woman shops for both the seasonal nail polish and/or for a classic one that is always in style, like Essie's   "Sugar Daddy" and Revlon's "Red" . While some colors come and go - like the neon colors, the classic ones are always in style, but they can bore you to death if you keep on using only them, so you mix it up, especially when it comes to the summer, when not only both toes and nails are exposed, but also because it's summer - one goes for more color in the summer. And this season around, I felt like I want to add some dark pink nail polish to my home collection. I've tried all kinds of pink shades to find the one that would give me a good mood. I think I tried all the brands until I found the one that works for me.

One of my new scent choices for the Spring and Summer this year is Chanel "Chance". It proudly joined my scent hall of fame this week. The other ones that I'm liking right now - [and in the case of  Stella McCartney's "Stella"  - I've been one of the very first users of it from 2005 and on] are:  Dior's J'adore Eau de Parfum. I'm back with the monochrome style again.  When last week I've posted a  blog  about the white+black=monochrome style for this season, I mentioned to you that you'll be seeing a whole lot of whites and blacks across many brands. And I was right.  Joe Fresh is another store that I keep talking about it as I find their designs and the quality of their clothes and accessories very high, while, at the same time - very approachable when it comes to the prices. Here's just a few looks that you can put together by using only the clothes, accessories and footwear from Joe Fresh . And what if I told you all of these items are under $49? Not bad for a start, not bad at all...

Trend alert! While the colors will still prevail this season, be prepared to go monochrome! They say that once you start wearing color, it's rather difficult to go back to the whites and blacks. However, the white and black colors - and the combination of the two - have gotten quite an exposure on the runaways around the world this season. And it doesn't only involve the clothing - you will also see it in accessories, shoes, and nail polish.

I like what's been happening at the J. Crew for the past few years. I'm glad that they recognized the need to sexy-up their assortment. While a few years ago I wouldn't even stop by their stores, now I always stop by...

Just want to say Hi. Hiiiiiii! I’ve been so consumed by my Graphic Design classes that I've been lately very non-fashionably ignorant. But hope to be back very soon! Strangely enough - [and very unlike me] - this winter I've realized that I can live on one pair of jeans, one pair of leather stretched pants, knee high boots and two long bulky sweaters. I've been practically living in them, having no regret whatsoever to change into anything else except for a few special occasions - the New Year Eve in Buenos Aires and my birthday on January 15th and the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week (February 8-14, 2013) . The rest of the time, I've been like a hermit, running around New York City, dressed in head-to-toe black, pretty much unnoticeable by the society, hiding at night in warm sweats and thermal socks at home or at the book stores, wearing my UGG s. My UGGs keep on giving...

Chances are your closet is well furnished with plenty of black items are pretty good, especially if you live in New York City, where the preferred clothing color is still black, despite all the color fashion trends and influences available at the tips of the New Yorkers' finger nails.  However, when it comes to the white color, chances that you wear a lot of white are pretty slim, while chances that you are loving the combination of black and white in your look are pretty good, especially, with those, who love shopping at White House/Black Market . White color has never been as popular as the black, nevertheless, you might want to reconsider your views and...tastes.

  I have nothing - you hear me? - NOTHING with polka dots in my wardrobe! And that makes me an outsider while many fashionistas around the world are embracing the polka dots: from footwear to the outwear and accessories, the polka dots are very happening right now.  Does it mean it becomes everyone?
